The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful. Meals are good, service is great. Comfortable beds and new bathrooms. Outstanding view from rooms, nice dining space. Good variety of food for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Great value for money with a relaxing stay. Breathtaking views from the balcony.

Nestled in the picturesque mountain region, this hotel is a hidden gem of Northern Italy. the staff's exceptional service goes above and beyond, from guiding you to nearby ski areas to ensuring maximum comfort. the clean and cozy rooms come with separate blankets and a thermostat, while the hot water pressure adds to your comfort. Wake up to a delicious breakfast that caters to every palate. the FREE parking and supermarket availability just right across the road provide added convenience. the relaxing spa with a sauna, steam room, hot tub is a perfect rejuvenating experience.
Some might find the parking a bit of an issue.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, always willing to help us with anything we needed. The food was delicious, with options ranging from healthy to indulgent tastes, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The spa facilities were clean and relaxing, perfect for a post-skiing massage. The location was great, with easy access to the ski slopes and other attractions in the area.
We didn't find anything bad in particular during our stay at this hotel. If we had to mention one thing, it would be that the room was a bit small, but it was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay.

We loved the stunning views from our room balcony and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and down to earth. Additionally, the hotel was clean and had good facilities, including a comfortable piano bar.
